We had a successful SHINE goal setting workshop a few weeks back, with a fabulous group of women coming out and sharing their goals, dreams and thoughts around their hopes for 2019.

There is such power in groups as we learn so much from each other!

I love the magic that happens when women gather.

Coaching & Coffee!

Following on the heels of the SHINE goal setting workshop we have a SHINE coffee / chat / goal check in session for this coming Sunday at 10AM in South Surrey.

Let’s keep our momentum going peeps!

It is February after all, which is usually the month where our new years resolutions start to limp or fall by the wayside. I know I have had a few setbacks with my own goals and could use a mental ‘reset’.

So if you are local to me (Lower mainland, BC) and would like to connect with other kindred spirits to talk about your goals / dreams / obstacles / making it ALL happen, over a hot cup of coffee, AND get yourself some support, then message me or shoot me an email and I’ll send you the details.

And if you are a quieter individual, or not a big sharer, I totally get that!

You can talk about whatever YOU want to talk about, or you can just kick back, sip your hot bevvie and listen, as I will be sharing some useful coaching tips / information that have proven effective for both me and my clients.

SHINE is a new, private FaceBook group (free to sign up!) where like- minded women can virtually meet, and where I post fun & inspiring things; quotes, videos, book recommendations etc…

all related to living your best life.
